INABA all-weather removable houses are credited in three ways:
Products in Kit form ensures highly mobilisation and easily assenbled and dismantled.
Reusable without wastage, cost effective and environmental friendly.
Highly mechanised production ensusres high quality finish, mass production means good value for money.


INABA all-weather removable houses are second to nothing, see the history:
1940~~The founding of INABA manufacturing office furniture.
1975~~All-weather house and storage cabinet put into production.
1979~~Monthly sale to 10,000 units became top of the industry.
1981~~First heat insulated house with interior decoration.
1982~~Voted best domestic product with many acclaims.
1992~~Monthly sale broke 30,000 units firmly in the top position.
1993~~Sees more models, accessories and sizes coming into production now stands at more than 500 items.
1995~~Kobe Earthquake, the Japanese Government ordered a large number of removable houses for the homeless. The speedy construction and the high quality of the products are highly appreciated and acknowledged by the Goverment in a letter to the manufacturer.
1997~~Monthly sale broke 33,000 units in March.
1998~~The first removable house to be awarded with ISO9001 certificate in February.

INABA products use high quality steel hot-dip galvanised and coated with acryl resin hence very durable in all weather condition. Jointsand door seams are tight fit ensuring not only water proof but dustproof too. The sandwich construction with a fibre infill enhances heat insulation and sound proofing.

Product Testings

    Testings:

  • 1)No leakage in the windows under wind speed of 60m/s or 216 km/hr.

  • 2) No fault in the doors after 10,000 open and close testings.

  • 3) No leakage from the roof at testing rain storm of 5 litre per square metre per minute.

  • 4) No damage in the wall panel and door after hit by 75kg sandbag.

  • 5) No rust after immerse in 3% salt water for 100 hours.

  • 6) No rust after sprayed by 5% salt water for 500 hours.

  • 7)No colour fade after 300 hours close distant exposure to arc lamps.

Impact test

Cross section of exterior steel sheet and heat insulation fibre infill. Because of its special design, the heat insulation is better than other products in the market.
INABA sliding doors are very smooth even after 10,000 times of sliding tests.
